MOHAMED AMOD

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mohamed embarked on his career with The Shareholder Partnership (UK & SA) in 2008 as a Financial Accountant. He thereafter advanced to managing the finance department at The Shareholder Partnership including all associated subsidiaries. As the Finance Manager he was responsible for all cost and management accounting tasks including group consolidations, budgets, forecasts and reconciliations.

Mohamed led the Finance Department until 2012 in terms of reporting all financial planning, analysis, oversight for bids and tenders, implementation of financial systems and processes and provided feedback on the financial oversight of operations to Executive Management. After assuming his roles as Managing Director for The Shareholder Partnership, Mohamed completed his BCom Accounting Degree and was responsible for the performance of the company as dictated by the organisation’s overall strategy and had to report on all strategic and financial operations to the Board of Directors. This included directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operations of the company and putting in place adequate operational planning and financial control systems.

As the Managing Director of Estate Asset Research (UK & SA), Mohamed continues these responsibilities by maintaining the operational performance of the company in addition to closely monitoring the operational and financial results against plans/budgets and ensuring that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by the management and other employees. As such, he is responsible for representing Estate Asset Research to major customers and professional associations, building and maintaining an effective management team, as well as assuming full accountability to all stakeholders for the organisation’s operations and performance.
